Office Fit-Out

Formal and informal video and audio recording spaces with edit suites, fully programmable lighting systems and client facing labs with full suite of AV functionality. The project included new rooftop AC units, dry coolers for critical systems cooling. Central UPS for technical loads and a LULA for access to a 2nd floor. All work was done in Chelsea Market with an effort to maintain the look and feel of the building while providing a supremely technical space.
