Office Fit-Out

Two-floor fit out including a 20,000 square foot trading area with multiple supplemental air conditioning units. Project also included generator distribution from Landlord’s standby generator, 2N UPS distribution to trading and other critical loads, amenity floors, studio spaces, event spaces, MDF and IDF rooms. RDT’s telecom, audiovisual and security design included 20 cabinet MDF room, Cisco/Palo Alto Network design, multiple conference rooms with overhead audio, large format displays and town hall overflow audio, and access control and CCTV systems integrated with global standard and building systems.
