Nicole is an electrical engineer specializing in commercial interior spaces. Throughout her tenure at RDA, she has worked with a diverse array of prestigious clients, including Google, Meta, Morgan Stanley, and JPMorgan Chase. Additionally, Nicole has contributed to a range of LEED-certified design projects, demonstrating her expertise in energy-efficient solutions.
Beyond her technical skills, Nicole manages RDA’s Florida office, overseeing operations, project delivery and client relationships. In this role, she plays a key part in maintaining the firm’s commitment to excellence in every aspect of project execution.

With over 20 years of experience, Tareq Batarseh is a seasoned expert in the design, management, and execution of large-scale commercial fit out and infrastructure upgrade projects. As one of the Managing Partners of RDA, Tareq has played a pivotal role in overseeing some of New York City’s most complex and high-profile projects, including major 1,000,000+ square foot fit outs for leading global companies like Disney, Google, Meta, and several other Fortune 100 clients.

Known for his technical expertise and direct problem-solving approach, Tareq is widely regarded as one of NYC’s top mechanical engineers in the field. From project inception to completion, Tareq is celebrated for his technical approach to problem-solving and his ability to manage large teams and resources effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Tareq holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The New Jersey Institute of Technology. Tareq is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and Tau Beta Pi (National Engineering Honor Society). Tareq is licensed in the State of New York, New Jersey, Florida as well as 8 other states
