Mechanical Engineer

Mechanical Engineer
Engineer Tasks:
- Design of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems for a wide variety of commercial, residential, and retail projects.
- Create plans, schematics, equipment selection, load calculations, systems narratives and specifications, system design and layout, field investigation, and construction administration.
- Perform design work with AutoCAD and/or BIM/REVIT modeling.
- Prepare due diligence and feasibility reports.
- Attend meetings with other project consultants.
- Work in close contact with the entire design team.
- Provide engineering support for engineering staff.
- Comply with group and company standards and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or REVIT desired (but not mandatory).
- Fundamentals in Engineering (FE) certificate is desired (but not mandatory).
- Must be self-motivated and an effective team player.
Electrical Engineer
Engineer Tasks:
- Design of electrical infrastructure and interior for a variety of commercial, residential, and retail projects.
- Create plans, schematics, equipment selection, load calculations, systems narratives and specifications, system design and layout, field investigation, and construction administration.
- Perform design work with AutoCAD and BIM/REVIT modeling.
- Prepare due diligence and feasibility reports.
- Attend meetings with other project consultants.
- Work in close contact with the entire design team.
- Provide engineering support for Senior engineering staff.
- Comply with group and company standards and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from accredited college or university.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or REVIT is a plus.
- Fundamentals in Engineering (FE) certificate is desired.
- Must be an effective team player and self-motivated.
