RDA is Proud to Present the 2024 Annual Wayne Jackson Award to Daniel Scott

The key to the success of RDA has always been the people and personalities that make us who we are. Without the vibrant culture and environment that our entire staff creates, we would be missing a vital piece of our firm.

No one contributed more to the identity of RDA than Wayne Jackson, who sadly passed away last December This year in Wayne’s honor, RDA has created a new award recognizing the staff member with the most charisma, personality, and overall contribution to our culture.

We are proud to announce that the first ever recipient of the Wayne Jackson Award goes to Associate Dan Scott!

Aside from his top-notch caliber work, Dan has a one-of-a-kind personality. From daily trivia, to specialty cocktails, to organizing Beyblade tournaments, Dan’s overwhelming ability to liven up any situation makes it easy to come to work in the morning.
