Project Specifics:
- 70,000 Sq. ft. facility that includes a 30,000 square foot active Data Center and 20,000 square foot Disaster Recovery desks. off uare f20,000 SF tier 4 data center incorporating an expandable MEP infrastructure at 50-100w/sf.
- Dual/redundant utility services provided at 12.48kV substations located on site.
- 2500kVA UPS plant consisting of 10--500kVA UPS modules arranged as a 2N distributed system with a 10 minute battery plant and 480V ASTS’s.
- A parallel-redundant, standby power plant consisting of (3) 2,000kW diesel –engine generators arranged as an N+1 system with 24 hour fuel storage.
- 1800 ton chilled water plant with N+1 redundancy and Chilled water CRAC units w/humidity control.
- Double interlocked pre-action fire protection system through-out.
