With years of expansive mechanical engineering experience, Bryan brings a detailed approach with an emphasis on the big picture to all his projects at RDMC. His experience ranges from office fit-outs and medical offices to critical facilities such as data centers and industrial manufacturing plants. Bryan’s analytical approach and field experience from construction through commissioning allow him to address an eclectic range of issues that promote a punctual project completion for all his clients.
Carmine is an electrical engineer with invaluable knowledge in designing the electrical and fire alarm systems for new commercial tenant fit-out projects. Carmine puts emphasis on meeting the client’s needs from a Code compliant and cost-effective perspective. He always seeks solutions with maximum efficiency available in order to sustain the highest quality of services in a fast-paced environment.
As a mechanical engineer, Joseph specializes in HVAC design and also excels in project management. His involvement in projects focuses on commercial interior spaces from the design phase through the construction phase. He works closely with architects and other engineers to deliver a coordinated, cost-effective, and Code compliant design that meets the Client’s needs.
John is a Plumbing & Fire Protection Engineer with years of experience working on projects in NYC and the surrounding areas. His responsibilities include designing and incorporating a variety of different fire protection and plumbing systems. He manages projects on behalf of RDA by expertly collaborating with the Client to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
J.R. has been extensively involved in the HVAC design of some of RDA’s largest tenant alterations for both commercial and residential projects. He draws from his extensive technical and field experience to provide a unique and detailed approach to his designs. He consistently delivers skillful designs that are tailored to the Clients' needs.
Justine is a Fire Protection & Plumbing engineer who primarily focuses on commercial interior spaces. She is diligent in meeting the financial and aesthetic needs of the client while ensuring efficiency and code compliance.
Kevin is an Electrical Engineer with diverse experience in designing electrical power, lighting, and fire alarm systems primarily for commercial interior spaces. His electrical design responsibilities comprise of load calculations, development of riser and single line diagrams, normal, emergency and UPS power distribution, power, fire alarm plans, and lighting calculations. He has successfully provided engineering services for various large fit out projects. As a project manager, Kevin has provided the clients with look-ahead schedule guidance and seamless MEP integration to the project’s scope.
Lukasz is a motivated and creative electrical engineer. His responsibilities have included the design and commissioning of critical facilities such as data centers and trading floors. In addition to design, he is also well versed in short circuit, arc flash, protective device coordination, and the commissioning process. Lukasz is able to produce efficient results with tight deadlines. He is very detailed and dedicated in all his work, and his "can-do" attitude is an asset to the team.
Mikayla Floyd designs and engineers IT infrastructure and their supporting systems. She prides herself on being a team player and has successfully project managed a team consisting of experts in voice, network, and turret system implementation. With an evolving set of skills in IT infrastructure design, Mikayla routinely makes an effort to stay up to date on all products so that she can deliver cutting-edge systems to the end-user.The priorities of the client are always considered throughout the design process.
Nicole is an electrical engineer who focuses on commercial interior spaces. She has worked with a vast number of clients for RDA and has been involved in various LEED design projects. She ensures that her clients are provided with an excellent quality of service throughout all phases of each project.
Nikolay has years of electrical experience in the MEP consulting industry. He has worked with a vast number of clients, designing trading areas, conference rooms, open office space, healthcare space, residential and hotel spaces, data centers, and superstorm Sandy restoration work. His attention to detail drives the success of his designs.
Nissim has been responsible for the design and engineering of IT cabling systems and their supporting infrastructure on a wide variety of projects. With more than 16 years of IT infrastructure engineering experience, he routinely undertakes the design of high density, technology-intensive facilities for RDT. All of his designs excel because he takes great care to stay up to date on prevailing and emerging IT industry standards.
Paul brings to RDA over thirty years of experience in all aspects of electrical design, ranging from conceptual project development through completion of construction and start-up; performance of design peer reviews; supervision of project engineering and design personnel; project management; and development of budgets, schedules and manpower assignments. He joined RDA in 2008 and has acted as Project Manager and lead Electrical Engineer on many of the firm's corporate office headquarters projects. He has extensive experience in the design of Electrical Infrastructure, including Switchgear and Building Fire Alarm Systems, that allows him to serve as a technical leader in the Electrical Department. It is through his keen attention to detail and quality control that has led to much of the firm’s success over the year.
Patrick is a mechanical engineer who has been with RDA since 2017. He has designed trading areas, large conferencing centers, kitchens, and open office spaces to name a few. He has consistently provided excellent designs to a vast number of important clients.
Rachel is a mechanical engineer with experience working on projects involving design jobs throughout NYC. In addition to design, Rachel has also worked on commissioning procedures and testing on CRACs, FPTUs, VAVs, EFs, WHs for major clients. Her sociable demeanor is easy to work with, while her dedication to detail and desire to learn make her a very versatile and valuable asset to the team.
Vincent is an electrical engineer who has worked on a large number of commercial interior spaces. He has designed various office space types such as open and private offices, conference rooms, pantries, studios, fire alarm, and more. As engineering design transitions from 2D modeling to Building Information Modeling (BIM), Vincent has been utilizing the latest Revit MEP software and performing proficient electrical design work. He is excellent at communicating with the firm's top clients and delivering notable results.
Zachary has successfully designed and assisted in the implementation of numerous security systems. His experience and skills include delivering the latest access control systems in the market as well as providing video camera systems that can be accessed both in-house and via network. His knowledge and designs are coordinated with all trades to provide strong systems.
